Another important partner. Not only for SUST, but for Sutton United as a whole! Without the assistance of the Surrey FA, a lot of our football based community schemes would be impossible to undertake. SUFC is a FA Community Charter club.

Working with over 180 supporters trusts’ with over 300,000 members, Supporters Direct is Europe’s leading organisation within sport and community engagement. Promoting the value of supporter and community engagement and helps supporter groups to secure influence and become a constructive voice in how their club is run. SD were a massive help in setting up SUST and continue to support us to this day.

The first real community interaction we undertook was to get on board with the residents around GGL who were concerned that the recreation ground there was becoming something of a no go area. Since then, the park has recieved a new play area, skating park and now thanks to SUST and it's community efforts, football has returned.

Another of our big community friends, thanks to our work with FoCR. The Sutton West team covers our little corner of Sutton and are regular visitors to GGL with their incredibly popular community family fundays.
