Joining SUST couldn't be simpler. Download an application form below, print it out and either hand it to the membership secretary or other board member at a game, deposit it in a sealed envelope at the club office at the stadium or send it with a cheque for the correct amount to the address below:

SUST has 3 levels of membership available :

Annual membership - £10.00
10 Year membership - £80.00
Lifetime membership - £140.00

Annual membership can also be taken via direct debit by completing the section on the back of the membership form.
